I’ve been dealing with BDI for years and they have never disappointed me. Every time I’m in a desperate situation BDI is there to help, be it a pick up and deliver of a truck that has died on the side of the road. Or do a Very quick turnaround so that my trucks are not down for long. Send out their mobile service to perform a repair in the field. The owner has even gone as far as driving up to Red Deer from CALGARY after hours(at no charge) to pick up one of my trucks from site and drive it back so I could have it in Calgary for the next morning.
